Here at YOUR PATTAYA PROPERTY in addition to the property management packages, rental services and our furnishing and soft furnishing packages, we also provide an INSPECTION/KEY HANDOVER SIGNING SERVICE for new builds, which includes  members of our team inspecting your new property on your behalf and listing any defects/repairs required with the developers to complete items on the snagging inspection list in a timely manner, this service also includes signing for your keys at handover of your property from the developer.  The cost for this service is Thai Baht 5,000.

This service is ideally suited to owners who cannot be present here in Thailand when the time comes of completion of your development and keys are ready to be handed over. It is very important to carry out a thorough inspection of your new property to ensure that all defects are rectified before signing for key handover. Usually it is necessary to conduct 2-3 inspections before all defects are resolved and before key handover signing takes place, this process can take anything from 2-6 weeks depending on the nature of defects found.
